AOET’s Rehaboth Integrated School (Elementary/Primary) Under Construction

AOET founded Rehaboth Integrated School in 2001. The initial classes were kindergarten and first year elementary school. Unlike other schools that may have elementary school classes with hundreds of students per class, Rehaboth School limits class size to a muximum of 50 students.

Presently, Rehaboth Integrated School conducts classes through 7th grade (primary 7 as it is called in Uganda). The advantages of AOET operating the school have been realized. The children are taught a curriculum that meets their needs, Government standards and is consistent with AOET’s mission. Managing the operating cost of the school has allowed AOET to serve more of the neediest children.

More children apply for enrollment at the school on a daily basis. Those not yet enrolled watch the school children daily as they walk to and from school in their red-striped Rehaboth uniforms. These children are waiting to be helped.

Rehaboth Integrated School has been operating in rented facilities since 2001. AOET is excited to announce that right now, the Organization has not only bought Land but also built a Wonderful School on the Property. Once again, AOET is now able to better utlize support funds for children’s education by owning and operating the school facility allowing more children to be served.

Rehaboth Integrated School has been opening a new class each year. However, AOET has over 700 children enrolled at almost 80 different schools around the Jinja area alone with numerous children waiting.

AOET through the faithful support of it’s donors is building other Schools and several planned in the next 3 years.

We are VERY excited about the fact that we are a small part in preparing the next generation - not only for this country, but also for Africa and the world at large. Only God knows where all these Children will go after their Education at AOET!!!

AOET hopes to open additional schools as funds for this purpose become available.
